I need help changing my graphics card!?

My computer puts me in a very unique situation. I use an Hp Touchsmart 300 All in One, my graphics card is an ATI Radeon 3200 HD, its fine for movies but for games I require a more powerful graphics card. How do I change it for an all in one computer if possible.
